John F. Cale, age 61, passed away October 24, 2021, at his residence in Madison, Ohio.  He was born November 25, 1959, in Painesville to Robert Vernon and Patricia Ann (Ulvila) Cale.

John is survived by his sons, John Cale and Joshua Cale; brother, Bob Cale;

He was preceded in death by his parents.
