John R. Schupska, 81, passed away on March 9, 2021 at Tripoint Medical Center in Concord Township.  He was born on April 25, 1939.

John served as a Ranger in the United States Army.  He worked for the State of Ohio Department of Transportation for over 30 years.  John loved fishing with his best friend, Pastor Neal May, and his brothers.  John was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather.

John is survived by his daughter, Wendy Snodgrass (Matthew) of Painesville; three grandsons, Seneca Toth (Amy), Bryon McCroskey (Alicia), and Joshua McCroskey; and three great grandchildren Braendon McCroskey, Trinity McCroskey, and Tobias McCroskey.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn L. (Haynes) Schupska in 2014 and daughter, Michele Toth in 1996.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio 44077. Family and friends may call from 11:00am until Noon Saturday.  Burial will be in Perry Cemetery.
