John Charles Spaller, age 69, passed away August 17, 2023, in Painesville.  He was born March 27, 1954, in Painesville to Wanda (Fryer) and Lynn Spaller.

John served in the United States Air Force for over 21 years, retiring in 1996.  He enjoyed working with computers, woodworking, and studied meteorology.

John is survived by his wife Laura (Kish) Spaller; Sons, Matthew (Kristin) Spaller, Michael (Lisa) Spaller; daughters, Sarah (Allan) Moon and Cindy (Rob) Broadwater; brothers, Dale (Su) Spaller, Larry Luhta, Steve Spaller, and Scott (Faye) Spaller; grandchildren, Bridgette, Jacob, Courtney, Nathaniel, Lucas, Sadie, Alexandra, Logan, and Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Bridget Spaller, brother, Joe Spaller, and his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
