Funeral Services for John H. Workman, 68, of Mentor, will be 3:00 PM Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Friends will be received 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM before the service, at the funeral home.

John was born December 5, 1951 in Richwood, West Virginia to Hob and Nina (Tamberino) Workman.  He passed away March 2, 2020 at University Hospitals in Cleveland.

John served in the United States Army.  He enjoyed fishing, camping and sleeping at the dock.  He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandson.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene (Gezymalla) Workman; sons, Nick (Melony) Workman Gezymalla and Mike Workman; grandson, A. J. Gezymalla; brother, Joe Workman; sister, Marilyn Predovic; and many nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, James Workman and sisters, Eileen Childers , Mary Villeneuve and Ernilda "Pooch" Petre.
