Jonathan Paul Tressler October 25, 1975-June 17, 2021

Jonathan Paul Tressler skateboarded right into eternity on June 17th, 2021. He was welcomed with open paws by his beloved dog, Frank, who preceded him. The two of them jumped into the awaiting pack raft, then paddled off on a perfect river into the sunset.

He would like you all to continue criticizing bad punctuation, enjoy some good barbeque (preferably over an open fire while camping), and listen to some Beastie Boys in his honor when you get a chance, at top volume, singing along as loudly as you are able!

He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends, in the many articles he wrote minutes before the deadline, and photographs he took and even developed himself before things went digital.

He was an accomplished fisherman and exceptionally responsible gun owner. He could make almost anyone laugh, and he made friends as far away as Honduras. Jonathan made everyone happy just to be around him. The world is not as bright a place after Jonathan exited.

He is survived by his loving parents; John and Elaine Tressler; his brother, Stephen "Trez" Tressler, and his sisters; Anastassia Tressler Denton (Jay Denton) and Jennifer Tressler Marvelous (Milan Marvelous). He will be loved and missed forever by Jennifer Belcher.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm at St Gabriel Church 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Concord, OH 44077, where Jonathan attended grade school. While at St. Gabriel's, Jonathan maintained a strict B minus average, and worked extensively on spit ball design and manufacture. The Tressler family would be honored to see his friends at the service.
