Joseph Madanski, age 52, of Elyria, passed away August 17, 2017.  He was born October 3, 1964 in Painesville to John and Teresa (Thomas) Madanski.

Family and friends may call Tuesday, September 5th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday September 6, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 523 Plum St. Fairport Harbor.

Joseph was a member of St. Jude Parish in Elyria.  He held a Bachelor's Degree in business and a Master's Degree in economics.   He was a long-time employee of Maggiano's  Little Italy in Cleveland and in Chicago.

Joseph enjoyed bowling.  He bowled in many leagues in Cleveland and Chicago and he received three "300" rings for bowling perfect games.

He is survived by his sister, Kelley Nelson of Broomfield, Colorado; father, John Madanski; uncles, Jim (Linda) Thomas, and Leonard (Marge) Thomas; aunt, Edith Denes; cousins, Lenny (Maria) Thomas, Mark (Cori) Thomas, Matthew (Brooke) Thomas, Lauren (Tim) Gannon, Angela (Willem) Zylstra, David Denes, Libby (Tommy) McLaughlin, and Savannah (Jason) Jepson.
