Joyce Marie Peck, age 72, passed away May 26, 2021 at Lake Med Rehab Center in Painesville Township.  She was born October 20, 1948 in Cleveland to Samuel and Agnes (Kowalski) Poplar.

Joyce received her court reporter certification and training and began working for the Lake County Courts as a court reporter for 33 years, retiring in 2010.  Joyce was a member of St. John Vianney Church and loved volunteering at the church for many of its functions.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, and trips to Las Vegas.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Randall Peck of Painesville; sons, Aaron (Regina) Peck of Trophy Club, Texas, and Kevin Peck of Painesville; brother, Jeff (Judy) Poplar of Independence; sister, Joanne Poplar of Parma; and grandchildren, Benjamin and Gracie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Judy Poplar.

Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects Thursday, June 3rd, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the funeral home and or Funeral Services, 10:00 AM Friday morning, June 4, 2021 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.
