Julie was born to Robert and Bobbie (Stewart) Brassell, February 24, 1975 in Painesville and passed away October 31, 2017 in Painesville Township.

She was a 1993 graduate of Riverside High School and Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy.  Julie was a Deputy Sheriff for the Lake County Sheriff's Department for 22 years.  She loved horses and was very active in the 4-H Program.   She also enjoyed biking, and running, she ran and completed the Chicago Marathon.

Julie is survived by her children, Bailey Patrick Farrell, Riley Connor Farrell and Robert James Farrell; James K. Farrell, father of her children; step-sons, Ryan Farrell and Patrick Farrell; step-daughter, Anne Farrell; parents, Robert and Bobbie Brassell; sister, Ami Lynn (Tim) Rose; niece, Ashley Mileff; companion, Dan Stech.
