A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Kathleen Battles, age 83, will be 2-6 pm Sunday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. A Madison Twp. resident, Kathleen was born on May 23, 1932 in Willoughby. She passed away at her residence on November 11, 2015. She graduated from Willoughby Union High School and retired as an Internal Finisher for the former Fluid Controls Co. Kathleen is survived by, Daughter, Bethann Battles of Madison Son, Steven (Rona) Battles of Madison Grandchildren, David, Jarred, Jeramia, Melody, and Charles 4 Great Grandchildren also survive Brothers, Donald (Evelyn)Smith of Florida David (Carol) Smith of Ariziona James Stephenson of Thompson Sisters, Melissa (Tom) Jacoby and Jeri Sanford, both of Florida Preceded in death by, Husband, Charles R.
