A Celebration of Life gathering for Kathleen (Duncan) Johnson, age 65, of Painesville Twp. OH will be held 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Saturday, February 22, 2020.  Kathy was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, on Oct. 31, 1954 to George and Elizabeth (Braid) Duncan. She passed away at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland February 17, 2020 after a battle with cancer.

She enjoyed gardening, country music, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Abby. Kathy was a giving soul who worked at Mentor Urgent Care until 2015.

She is survived by her husband, Dean G. Johnson; son, Mike Johnson; daughters, Brittany A. Johnson and Erin Hughell.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Patricia Duncan.
