Funeral Services for Kathleen M. Yates, 68, will be 12:00 PM, Wednesday, March 14th at Faith Baptist Church, 3003 Narrows Road, Perry, Ohio.  Family and friends may call 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the church.  Burial will be in Perry Cemetery.

Kathleen was born May 2, 1949 in Painesville and passed away March 10, 2018 at David Simpson Hospice House.

She was raised in Painesville and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.  Kathleen considered herself a caregiver to one and all.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting and puzzles.

Kathleen is survived by her son, Joe Yates Jr.; daughter, Sherri (Brian) Underwood; grandchildren, Kyle Underwood, Dustin (Kelsi) Underwood, Hunter Yates, and one great-grandchild, Trevor Underwood; sisters, Barbara (Leon) Underwood and Sandra Hendrickson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Yates; and her parents, Floyd and Dorothy (Lette) Hendrickson.
