Kathleen Lynn (Schultz) Rogers, 59 of Painesville, passed away December 27,2014 at Hospice House in Cleveland after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

She was born October 17, 1955 in Geneva, Ohio to the late Ronald E & Judith K. (Herbst) Schultz Sr. Kathleen graduated from Madison High School in 1974 and proudly served in the US Navy

Kathy was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Painesville. She enjoyed helping with numerous church activities including the food pantry mission and the annual Rummage Sale to benefit Birthright. More than anything else she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Kathleen was the loving mother of Lisa (Chris) Reed, Sean Rogers and Aaron (Yuka) Rogers, grandmother of Leanne, Tyler and Aiden, sister of Ronald E "Skip" Schultz Jr, Randy Schultz and Susan Lyons (late Rick). She was a loving aunt and beloved great aunt and a dear friend to so many.

Memorial Service will be Saturday 12:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Mentor Ave, Painesville, Pastor Jimmy Riley will be officiating. Friends and family may call from 10:00am until 12:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church.

Burial will be in the Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathleen's honor may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Birthright of Lake County
