Kenneth George Bures of Painesville Township, died peacefully on January 21, 2018 with his loving wife, Margaret (Redler) Bures, by his side at Tri-Point Medical Center. He was 78 years old, born in Cleveland, Ohio, the only son of Edwin and Marie (Tupa) Bures. Kenneth and Margaret were married for 30 years.

He was the dear father of Mark Bures and Karen Davidson. He was the grandfather to Stewart and Phoebe Davidson, Spencer Smith Bures and Kyriana Smith Bures, stepfather to Mark Hedrick and Christine (Hedrick) Eilert, and grandfather to Katlyn Eilert, Camden and Holden Hedrick.

Ken was known and liked by many as a real  estate manager and trainer for various brokers. After retiring from real estate, he enjoyed his jobs selling shoes at several stores in Mentor, Ohio.

Ken loved his Cleveland Indians and followed every game faithfully. He also loved golfing and bowling.

There will be a memorial service for Ken on the morning of February 3, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church next to President Garfield's home at 8125 Mentor Avenue.  Visitation will be from 10-11 am. The service will begin at 11 am.
