On March 21, 2016, Leona R. Baruzzi beloved wife, mother, grand/great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend of many peacefully passed with family in God's loving arms. Leona was born on November 5, 1924 in Richeyville, PA. Leona was 1 of 19 children. Proceeded in death by her loving husband Joseph Baruzzi, parents Frank and Mae Lutes and loving brothers & sisters. Leona is survived by her Daughters Christine (Bernard) Marcotte and Janice McCarthy; Grandchildren Monica and Michael and Great Grandchildren Tyler and Ember; Sisters Deloris Lepovich and Alberta Densmore. Leona spent much of her married life at home they built in Mentor, OH; Moving to Geneva for retirement and recently Concord Township. Leona was a waitress and loved working with people when she retired from Longos Restaurant. Friends and family will be welcomed from 2:00 to 5:00 p-m Saturday (March 26, 2016) at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville 44077. Mass of Christian Burial for Leona Baruzzi, age 91, will be 10:30 am Monday (March 28, 2016) at St. Gabriel Catholic Church 9944 Johnnycake Ridge Rd Concord Twp.44060 [Please meet at church for services Monday] followed by internment at Concord Cemetery.
