Funeral services for Leonard L. Lockwood, age 93, a lifelong resident of Painesville, will be held 1:00 PM Monday October 22nd, 2018 at Spear- Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave, Painesville.  Family and friends received Monday 11 AM until 1 PM.  Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.

Leonard was born December 24, 1924 in Painesville to Roy L. and Della (Anderson) Lockwood. He passed   away on October 17, 2018.

Leonard was a 33-year Postal Letter Carrier. He was an 82-year member of Painesville First Church of Christ.  Fishing, bowling, golf and card games were among his favorite things to do.  Leonard was happily married to his late wife, Evelyn (Jackson) Lockwood for 67 years.

He is survived by his daughters; Bonnie Lockwood of Painesville, LuAnn (Daniel) Tome of Painesville, Carole (Charles) Pike of Dorset, and Colleen (Derek) deWindt of Painesville; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; brother, Harry (Esther) Lockwood; sister, Gertrude (Charles) Masters, and daughter, Rebecca (Harold) Sutton.
