Private family services were held for Lucille L. Dirk, 68, of  Chardon.

Mrs. Dirk was born August 19, 1949 in Painesville to Clyde E. & Oma Lee (Turner) Juniper.  She passed away December 12, 2017 at Heather Hill Care Center in Chardon.

Lucille was employed as a nursing instructor at A T S Institute of Technology in Highland Heights, for Meridia Huron Nursing School in East Cleveland for 12 years, and Lakeland Community College.    She was a member of Eagles Post 2278 in Painesville.

She enjoyed fishing, shopping and spending time with her granddaughter.

Lucille is survived by her son, Shawn (Terry Horvath) Bishop of Perry; grandchild, Megan Bishop; brothers, Alvin A. Juniper, Rusty Juniper, and nephew James ( Brenda) Parish.

She was preceded in death by her  parents and her husbands, James A. Dirk in 2015 and Doug Parrish in 2000.
