Services for Mahala   L. Rupert  will be 12:00 PM Wednesday March 28, 2018 at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 mentor Ave. Painesville, family and friends may call from 11:00-12:00 Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Painesville.

Mahala was the daughter of Alonzo "Lonnie" and Verna (Combs) Taylor born on May 22, 1951 in Whitesburg KY and Passed away at her home in Painesville on March 24, 2018.

She enjoyed music and spending time with her grandsons.

She is survived by her sons Matt  (Heather Clair) Rupert and Justin (Celeste Compola) Rupert, Grandsons, Andrew and Ethan, Sisters Louise Braski, Lucille Shaffer, brother Bob Taylor preceeeded in death by  her parents and a brother Jack Taylor and a sister Susan Eckert
