Marcia Claire Winfield, age 73, passed away August 26, 2021, at U. H. Geauga Medical Center in Chardon.  She was born, January 22, 1948, in Cleveland to Stephen and Mae (Hanzal) Mackowski.

Marcia was the owner/operator of Winfield Marina, California Imports, Madhatter's Comedy Club, and Hillcrafter's.  A true Entrepreneur. She was a member of The Grove Church in Painesville Ohio. Her mission in life was to help other people, her true calling. She helped countless teenagers navigate their first jobs, fostered many other teenagers in need, and helped many adults out of a tough spot here and there. Yet, after all she did for others she fiercely and passionately supported her family through all of life's journeys and businesses. A true giving spirit coupled with a warrior's drive. Marcia and Tom were married exactly 56 years to the day. The love of her life. The love of his life.

Marcia is survived by her husband, Thomas Winfield; son, Steven (Laura) Winfield of Fairport Harbor; daughter, Karen (Kevin) Suttman of Leroy Township; grandchildren, Christopher Winfield, Andrew Suttman and Macy Suttman.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Service for Marcia will be held at The Grove Church 1697 Mentor Ave.  Painesville Township, Thursday, September 2nd 2021 at 6pm. Please join us in a celebration of life. Don't weep for her for she is with God guiding us home.
