Margaret Ann (Mulqueeny) Filuta, age 92, passed away October 23, 2022, at Kemper House in Strongsville.  She was born November 5, 1929, in Painesville to William E. and Mabel (Walter) Mulqueeny.

Margaret Ann graduated from the New York School of Interior Design and lived for a while in New York City while in school. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.

She enjoyed her family and friends and was fortunate to have traveled both nationally and internationally with them.

Margaret is survived by her son, Bill (Kathleen) Filuta; daughter, Catherine (Jeff) Pulford; and grandchildren, Michael (Alyssa) Filuta, Mark (Christina) Filuta, Dan Filuta, Matthew (Jill) Pulford, Kimberleigh (Spencer) Westemeier.  Great Grandchildren Ethan, Mackenzie, Owen, Tyler, and Bryce.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael A. Filuta and her brother, James J. Mulqueeny.

Friends will be received, 4:00 – 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Mulqueeny Spear Funeral Home, 312 Eagle Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 PM, Friday, October 28, 2022, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9935 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Township, Ohio.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
