Margie Phyllis Cicconetti, age 85, passed away October 29, 2026, in Austinburg, Ohio. She was born June 30, 1941, in Jonesville, Virginia to Morgan Fortner and Myrtle (Smith) Fortner.

Margie was a homemaker and mother most of her life. She started raising her family at a young age and loved watching them grow up.

Margie was a proud member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 2595.

Margie is survived by her sons, Jeffrey L. Tuikka and David A. Tuikka; grandsons, Jeremy L. Tuikka and Jacob L. Tuikka; and sister, Sue Doucette.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Tuikka and her second husband, Ralph Cicconetti; her parents; and brothers, Ted Fortner, Neal Fortner and Earl Fortner.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Cemetery in Painesville.
