Funeral services for Marlene Giardini, age 81 of Mentor will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, OH where family and friends will be received from 11:00 am to 2:00pm Saturday.

Marlene was born on May 25, 1935 in Vestaburg, PA. She passed away peacefully with her family at her side on July 5, 2016.

Marlene is survived by her husband, William E. Giardini, whom she married on Oct. 18, 1954.  Children, Randy Giardini, Mark (Joan) Giardini, and Tara (Mark) Chabot.  Grandchildren, Lucas (Kelsey), Emma, Nicholas, Jordan, Marc, and Linzie.  Great Grandchildren, Nathan and Brooke.  Siblings, Barry Palmer and Pam (Jerry) Patterson

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Frances (Fowler) Palmer and siblings, David "Bud" Palmer and Arthur "Butch" Palmer

Burial will be held at a later date.
