Martin Marion Chick, age 87, passed away August 3, 2019 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.  He was born February 16, 1932 in Thomas, West Virginia to Martin and Elizabeth (Suder) Chick.

Martin had been a Painesville resident since 1975.  He was an industrial engineer and worked for T R W for many years.  He also worked for Bailey Controls and True Temper.    He was a very active member in the YMCA.

Martin is survived by his wife of 60 years, Nancy M. (Jancin) Chick and his sons, Martin J. and Dan J. Chick, both of Painesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
