Maureen C. Quiggle, passed away February 13th, 2022, at her home in Concord, OH.  She was born August 11, 1949, in Painesville to Gerald and Anne (O'Leary) Cotter.

Maureen worked as a deputy clerk in the Lake County Clerk of Courts Office for many years.  She also worked for the Lake County Board of Elections, and she was a fashion buyer for both Halle's Department Store and Kelly Kitt.  Maureen was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Painesville and was also a member of the Christ Child Society and the Red Hat Society.    She enjoyed listening to Motown music, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family. She was very proud of her Irish heritage.

Maureen is survived by her loving sons, Christopher (Marlene) Quiggle and Ryan Quiggle; daughter, Sarah Quiggle Johnson; former husband, care giver and guardian angel, Ken Quiggle; brother, Thomas Cotter; sisters, Margaret Shaughnessy, Carol Nunez and Marilyn Colgrove; grandchildren, Luke and Brooke Johnson and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Maureen was also blessed with a large circle of good friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gerald Cotter.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 PM on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 North State Street, Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends will be received   4:00-7:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022, at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue in Painesville.  Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
