Mauricette Nagle, age 93, a 72-year resident of Painesville Township, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family, on Saturday, July 25, 2020.  She was born on November 18, 1926 in Rouen, France to Maurice Henri and Virginia (David) Notheaux.

She met the man of her life in France during World War II.  She then came to Ohio and obtained her citizenship.  Mauricette was employed by Sivon Manufacturing for several years.  She was very devoted to her church, Lakeside Baptist in Painesville.  She was a very feisty and energetic person, full of life.

Mauricette is survived by her three daughters, Mary Padula, Bernadine Pike and Linda Heath; grandchildren, Christina (Tim) Walters, Chelsey Padula, Randy and Thomas Pike, Billy and Lisa Heath.  She also leaves six great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Nagle in 2002; sister, Pierette; granddaughter, Rhonda Gladding; and son-in-law, Michael Padula.

A private graveside service will be held for immediate family only.
