Funeral Services for Mike Zorik, age 94, will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home. Friend will be received from 5 to 8 PM on Friday at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH.

Mr. Zorik was born July 6, 1922 in Philippi, West Virginia and passed away August 15, 2016 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky, Ohio.

Mike retired after 25 years with Morton salt and  was a U. S. Navy veteran, serving in WW II.  He enjoyed garage sales, gardening, and tinkering in the garage.

Mike is survived by:  Son, Michael (Kitty) Zorik; Daughters, Marye Etta (Jim) Reed, Michell (Steve) Walczak, Marion Pongrass and Marie (Jack) Baulmer.

Grandchildren, Heidi, Jason, Matt, Mark, Katy, Rachel, Stevie, Joe, James, Adam and David;  Ten Great Grandchildren;

Sisters, Ann Morman and Helen McCracken; Brother, Jim Zorik

He was preceded in death by his wife Rheta (Fortney) Zorik; Parents, George and Kate (Yuzer) Zorik; Grandchild, Lee Ann Starr; Brothers, John Zorik and Joe Zorik; Sister, Mary Hummel
