Paul A. Manley, age 86, passed away July 10, 2024, at his residence in Painesville. He was born June 7, 1938, in Leroy Township to Burley and Bernice (Bixler) Manley.
Paul served in the United States Army. He was a stationary engineer and worked for TRW in Euclid, retiring in 2004.
He enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and gardening among his many interests. Earlier in life he was an avid softball player. He was also an active member with the American Legion. He was adored by many. Family was most important to him especially their many trips with him to the OBX, NC.
Paul is survived by his sons, Mark (Laura) Manley, Michael Manley (Christina Pizzi) and daughter, Melissa (Peter) Cveljo; sisters, Evelyn Kerr, Clarice Racz and Katherine Pike; grandchildren, Anna Manley, Sarah Anderson (Bryan Mascia), Elijah (Sharon) Manley, Nicholas Cveljo and Gabrielle Cveljo; great grandchildren, David Manley, Hattie Manley, Layna Borso and Wesley Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet (Lantz) Manley in 2010, his brothers, Burley Manley and David Manley.
Family and friends will be received 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 15th at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Project Purple, Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P. O. Box 884, Seymour, CT 06483, in memory of his wife, Janet.
