Funeral services for Pearl M. Loxterman, 87, of Painesville Township, will 11:00 AM, Thursday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.

Mrs. Loxterman passed away August 6, 2016 At LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby.

Born September 28, 1928, in Wickliffe, where she also grew up, she had lived in Madison before moving to Painesville Township in 1961.  She was a graduate of Wickliffe High School.     She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Loxterman worked at Fisher Body in Euclid, prior to raising her family.

Survivors are her son, James (Julie) Loxterman of Concord Township; daughters, Linda (Robert) Jones of Crystal Lake, Il. Loretta (Mark) Chernesky of Concord Township;  grandchildren,  Melissa (Josh) Rosenheck, Kimberly (Mike) Strahs, Sara (Chuck) Klose, Lindsay (Dan) Gernant, Katie (Matt) Gregory,  David Loxterman, Stephanie (Mario) Lombardo, Brian Chernesky, Michael Chernesky and William Chernesky;  Great grandchildren, Ilana Rosenheck, Maximus Gregory, Alexis Gregory, Gavin Strahs, Cameron Strahs, Samuel Gernant, Luke Lombardo and Alexandra Klose; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence, whom she married September 3, 1949.  Parents, James and Hilda (Sturbaum) Hine; and sister Ada Baker.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home.  Burial will be Thursday in St. Mary Cemetery in Painesville.
