Funeral services for Philip M. Smith, age 70, will be 11:00 am Monday at the First Baptist Church 10801 Johnnycake Ridge Painesville. Friends will be received from 1-3 and 6-8 pm Sunday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.

A Mentor resident, Philip was born on November 20, 1943 in Erie, PA. He passed away on Nov. 12, 2014 at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland

He served in the US Air Force . He retired in 2007 after 40 yrs. as a machinist and CNC computer programmer for the Lincoln Electric Company. Member of Temple Lodge F & AM #28

Mr. Smith attended the First Baptist Church and enjoyed bowling, volleyball , playing pool and cards. He always took pride in the appearance of his yard

He is survived by, Wife, Beverly K. (Scott) Smith, whom he married on August 9, 1969 Son, Todd Smith Daughters, Kristi (Rob) Estep Karrie (Scott) Luzier Grandchildren, Brianna and Samantha Estep Nathan and Nora Luzier Sisters, Karen (Gary) Brooks Kim (Jim) Miller

Several nieces and nephews also survive

Preceded in death by, Parents, Keith and Evelyn (Nelson) Smith Sister, Cheryl Henretty
