Phyllis Ann Willoughby

A graveside service for Phyllis A. Willoughby, age 78, a longtime Painesville resident will be held 11 AM Friday, September 15th at Riverside Cemetery.  Rev Jimmy Riley will officiate.

Phyliss Ann Rose was born to, Phillip and Lillian (Ogelbee) Rose, on September 12, 1938 in Huff Creek, West Virginia and passed away peacefully in her sleep September 10, 2017 at the Lantern of Madison.  She went to Heaven two days before her 79th birthday.

She was employed by the former SAS Rubber and the Painesville Nursing home for many years.

Phyliss loved to travel, sing and spend time with her family. When she was younger she even sang on the radio. She was a member of First Church of Christ.  She had many years of struggle after the death of her husband, Raymond, and three of her children. She will be missed and remembered by all who loved her.

She and Raymond had seven children; Raymond, Patricia, Glenn, James, Samantha, Chris and Charles; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; sons, Christopher and Glenn Willoughby and daughter Patricia.
