Phyllis A. Urban age 88, of Painesville Township, passed away October 19th, 2022 at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Township. She was the daughter of Edwin and Gladys (Fenner) Miller.

She enjoyed working at the cafeteria at Mentor High School and Shore Junior High School

Phyllis is survived by her son Jeff (Laura) Urban. Daughters; Julie (Bill) Bernay, Cheryl (John) Maloney. Grandchildren; Kelly (Scott) Miller, Brett (Beth) Maloney, Kevin (Vianca Bedoya) Bernay, Taylor (Brian Whoric) Bernay, Natalie, Nathan and Nora Urban, great grandchildren: Madison, Logan, Austin and Isla

She was preceded in death by her husband John, sister; Betty Lucas, and Donna Douglas, brother; Edwin Miller

Calling hours will be held at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville Ohio 44077 from 9-11am on Saturday October 22nd, 2022. The funeral service will follow immediately at 11am at the funeral home.
