Funeral Services for Richard Cavel Molyneux, 70, will be 10:00 AM Friday, January 11, 2019 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Friends will be received 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 10th at the funeral home.  Interment to be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Molyneux was born October 20, 1948 in Painesville to Grover and Betty (Cantrick) Molyneux.  He passed away January 4, 2019 peacefully at home.

Richard was a life-long Painesville resident.  He proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War as a Sgt in the 101st Airborne. He was employed by T R W for many years before retiring.   He enjoyed socializing with family and friends and spending time tinkering on projects.

He is survived by his son, Leroy "Lee" Molyneux of Painesville Township; daughters, Elizabeth (Odell Foster) Molyneux of Ashtabula and Louise (Ian) Bednarski of Ashtabula; brothers, Thomas (Sandy) Molyneux of Thompson and David Molyneux of Painesville Township; six grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
