Services for Ricky "Rick" Souder age 67 of Painesville, Ohio will be11:30 AM Saturday March 14, 2020 at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, Ohio 44077. Family and friends may call from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.

Rick was the son of Horace and Beulah (Greaser) Souder born on June 5, 1952 in Telford PA. and passed away March 7, 2020 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

Rick was employed by the United States Postal Service in the Washington DC area for many years.  He was a huge Washington Capitals hockey team fan, along with his wife Nancy.

He is survived by his brother Robert (Ada) Souder; niece, Kim (Rick) Barrett; nephew, Jere (Nancy) Souder; great nieces and nephews, Josh, Elijah, Rachel, and Hannah.

Rick was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Galeazzo) Souder and his parents.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Rick's name to a charity of one's choice.
