Robert L Hawkins III, age 74, of Perry Village passed away on September 7, 2021, at UH Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio. He was born on July 23, 1947, in Cleveland to Robert L. Hawkins Jr. and Marion (Fisher) Hawkins.

Robert was a truck driver for the Landstar Company for fifty years. He was an avid sailor and enjoyed horseback riding.

Robert is survived by his wife, Joan (DeMarinis) Hawkins; daughters, Sherrie Unterwagner, Jennifer Uhle, and Glynis Bolan; sister, Stevie (Hawkins) Roadie; grandchildren, Maria and Nikki Unterwagner, Katrina West, and John Daniel Kerry.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brad Hawkins; his brother, Jay Hawkins in 2021 and his parents.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
