Ronald L. Olsen, age 71, of Painesville Twp, passed away at his residence, Thursday, October 28, 2021. He was born June 2, 1950, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to Francis and Hazel (Keeler) Olsen.

Ron was a 1969 graduate of Riverside High School. He was a machinist for Tessa Precision Manufacturing for over 23 years. He loved music and played the guitar and the violin. He also enjoyed riding his Harley, tinkering with computers, and spending time with his lifelong friends. But most importantly, Ron loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by the people that were fortunate enough to know and love him.

Ronald is survived by his son, Marshall (Rachel) Olsen of Middlefield; daughter, Melissa (Marvin Foster) Myers of Fairport Harbor; brother, Wayne Olsen; sister, Marie Mallory; grandchildren, Ignatius Olsen, Rhiannan Dibbin and Brandon Dibbin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Joanne (Pyle) Olsen.

A Celebration of Life for Ronald will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Friends will be received from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM before the service.
