Rosa Molina Russotto, 102, passed away with family by her side on April 19, 2018.  Born May 17, 1915 in Novara di Sicilia, Italy, Rosa followed her husband to Painesville, Ohio in 1952.  She worked in greenhouses, kitchens, and as a welder, raising her children and returning to her cherished mountain village often. Always vibrant, Rosa continued to garden, knit, and cook large family meals through her final years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Russotto; daughter, Mary Ferrara; grandson, Gian Ferrara (Melissa); granddaughters, Lisa Ferrara, Marisa Boston (Jason), and Diana Ferrara; great-grandchildren, Emily, Felix, and Rafael.

Rosa is preceded in death by her husband, Tindaro Russotto in 1976; son-in-law, Salvatore Ferrara; and her parents, Sebastiano and Maria (Puglisi) Molina.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, April 25th  10:30 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 North State Street, Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends may call 9:00 - 10:00 AM at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Burial in Novara di Sicilia, Italy.
