Services for Sarah A. Light age 47 of Cocoa Beach, FL. will be 12:00 noon Saturday at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. Family and friends may call from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. The daughter of William and Arah (Hickman) Light was born November 29, 1968 in Painesville and passed away December 27, 2015 at Tri Point Medical center in Concord Township. She graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1987 and later entered the US Navy, starting her military career. She loved to travel while stationed in Japan. She later entered the US Air Force Reserve, where she served as a personnelist and deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom while stationed at Patrick AFB in Florida. Sarah retired from the US Air Force on Dec. 29, 2009. Sarah loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed warm Florida weather and loved to take long walks on the beach. She is survived by, Son, Christopher Light of Painesville Brandon Light and Daughter, Taylor Lohr, both of Cocoa Beach Parents, William and Arah Light of Painesville Brothers, Edward Light of Cocoa Beach, Jeffery Light of Pleasanton, CA, and Stephen Light of Concord, CA. She also leaves numerous friends.
