Sarah L. Allred, age 83, passed away February 23, 2021 at Mentor Ridge Health and Rehab Center.  She was born February 7, 1938 in Forest Hills, Kentucky to Trimble E. and Matilda (Pinson) Stanley.

Sarah was a nursing assistant and worked at Ivy House in Painesville for over 23 years, retiring in 1999.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, laughing, singing, playing games (especially candy crush) and going to the casino.

Sarah was loved by so many.  She was an amazing woman with the kindest heart.  Heaven has gained a wonderful soul.

Sarah is survived by her daughters, Tina Marie Hobbins and Karen Ann (George) Talley; sister, Alice Faye Hoagland; grandchildren, Robert Allred Jr., Kristina Tindell, Tatijana Talley, Jorges Talley and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Allred; son, Robert Wayne Allred; her parents; brothers, Bill Stanley, Ronald Stanley, Donald Stanley, Roy Stanley, Rell Stanley; sisters, Ruby Stanley, Lola Pacific, Mary Ann McCoy, Nancy Fitzpatrick, and Janet "Sis" Patterson.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2021 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Friends may call Friday from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
