Funeral services for Sherman G. Sullivan, age 71, will be 1:30 pm Thursday at Painesville Baptist Church 140 Park Road, Ext Painesville, where friends will be received from 11:30am to time of services. A Madison resident, Sherman was born on October 30, 1944 in Spencer, Tennessee and passed away on January 4, 2016 at his residence.

He retired in 2000 from the Morton Salt Co. in Grand River after 33 years of service.

Sherman was a member of the Painesville Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing. The most important part of his life was his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by, Loving wife, Barbara (Radel) Sullivan whom he married on June 16, 1963 Children, Glenn (Lisa) Sullivan Tammy (Jeff) Dodd Monica (Chris) Volke Melissa (Mike) Goldy Grandchildren, Jeffery (Jen) Dodd, Ryan (B.G.) Sullivan, Sarah (Steve) Drain, Kala Dodd, Shannon Sullivan, Leah Volke. Jimmy Goldy, and Josie Goldy

Great Grandchildren, Brynn Sullivan and Eli Sullivan

Brother, Tom Sullivan Sisters, Helen Bales, Peggy Roberts, and Cassie Gallion

Preceded in death by, Parents, Rayburn and Mildred ( Lawson) Sullivan Brother, Lynn Sullivan

Interment will be in Perry Cemetery
