Sherry Lynn Smith, age 56, passed away April 2, 2024 after a brief illness, at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Township.  She was born March 18, 1968, to Kenneth and Eva (Boriska) Smith in Willoughby Ohio.

Sherry graduated from Thomas W. Harvey High School in 1986.  She was in the marching band and played the clarinet.

Sherry owned and operated a doughnut shop in Madison for a short time along with other jobs.

She enjoyed movies, cooking, attending her church, long walks outside, playing guitar and games like UNO and Jenga during holiday get togethers. She was a very giving and generous person.

She is survived by her mother, Eva, and her brothers, Kenneth (Jackie) Smith Phoenix AZ and Daniel (Anngela) Smith of Painesville.

She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Smith and grandparents Louis and Emma Boriska and Robert and Mary Smith

Friends will be received 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 Noon.  Burial will be at Whitehaven Cemetery,
