Teno Salvatore Marano, age 90, of Madison, OH passed away at his residence July 19, 2021.  He was born in Painesville, OH January 20, 1931, to Michael and Antoinette (Bertone) Marano.

He was a graduate of Harvey High School and served in the U. S. Navy.  Teno worked in manufacturing and maintenance for many years, and more recently was a bus driver for Riverside Schools and a zoning inspector for Concord Twp.

He is survived by his later life partner, Diane Whitsitt; sons, Jeff (Lisa) Marano of Painesville Twp., Michael (Tiffany) Marano of Akron, OH; sister, Elda (Andrew) Pillar; grandchildren, Meghan (Daniel) Rosbottom, Alec Marano, Evan, Kayla & Colin Marano, Dante, Roman & Athina Iorillo; great grandson, Callum Rosbottom.

Teno was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna Marano; daughter, Lisa Marano; sisters, Rosie DeRubertis and Mary Delisio.

The family will receive friends 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Avenue Painesville.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 23, 2021, at St Mary's Church 242 N. State Street Painesville, OH 44077. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Painesville.
