Theresa Ann Johnson, age 64, of Concord, Ohio passed away on November 12, 2021, at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital surrounded by family after a courageous 9-year battle with Ovarian Cancer. Theresa was born on October 14, 1957, to William & Julia Bayer in Painesville, Ohio.

After graduating from Harvey High school in 1975, she went on to study Child Psychology at the University of Mount Union where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta. In high school, she met her future husband Milton whom she married in 1979. After the birth of her first child, she dedicated her life to raising her family. Along with raising her own children, she embraced the role of being a second mother to many of her children's friends. Theresa truly lived her life for her family. For the past 20 years, her primary focus and hobby was being "Guzzie" to her 10 grandchildren. She had perfect attendance for all of her grandchildren's activities.

Theresa was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Bayer (Toreki) and sister-in-law, Lori Bayer (DiCarlo).

Theresa is survived by her husband of 42 years, Milton E. Johnson, father, William J. Bayer; brother Bradley Bayer; children, Kerry Willman (Brandon), Kevin Johnson (Kate), and Kelsey Daubert (Bill); grandchildren Julia, Jackson, Joel, Laurel, Charlotte, Kennedy, Kiera, Kade, Lillian and Rowan.

Funeral Services for Theresa will be Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 6677 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Family and friends will be received from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home, before the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Theresa's name to Saint Jude's Children's hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
