Timothy Sean Lynch, age 66, passed away September 21, 2026, at U. H. Geauga Regional Hospital in Chardon. He was born October 30, 1959, in Painesville to Patrick T. Lynch and Eileen (Lucas) Lynch.

Tim worked for Domino’s Pizza and was a bus driver for Lake County schools for many years. He was an active member of Knights of Columbus Council #947 and the Moose Lodge in Painesville, and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Tim enjoyed volunteering at special events held by the Knights of Columbus and especially enjoyed the times he spent with his brother Knights.

Tim is survived by his sisters, Jori (David) Jex and Trisha (Ron) Van Winkle, nieces, Cate (Tommy) Walland, Meghan Van Winkle, Erin (Andrew) Somers, nephews, Matthew (Stephany) Jex and Andrew (Marie) Jex. Tim will always be remembered fondly as “Uncle Tim” and he cherished his time spent with family.

Tim had a heart of gold in spite of all the challenges he faced in his life. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a positive outlook. He was friendly, kind and made friends wherever he went. He loved watching I Love Lucy!

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends will be received 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 25th at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 North State Street, Painesville. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
