Tom Bohdan Becka, age 89, of Painesville, passed away December 9, 2020 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.  He was born April 20, 1931 in Prague, Czechoslovakia to Oldrich and Marie (Rochova) Becka.

Mr. Becka lived in the Painesville area since 1966.   He was a chemist and worked for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District for many years.  He enjoyed working on his N Scale model trains, crossword puzzles and he loved his pets.

Tom is survived by his son, Pete Becka of Painesville; grandson, Zackary Becka; brother, Ivan (Beth) Becka of Dallas, Texas; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jarmila (Brada) Becka and his parents.

Private family services will be held.
