Tommy D. Hobbs, age 63, passed away June 11, 2026, at U H Hospital West Medical Center in Willoughby. He was born July 10, 1962, in Clinton, North Carolina.

Tommy was a self-employed carpenter.

He enjoyed fishing, country music, barbecues, and spending time with friends and his family. He was a kind and caring man, who helped everyone, family, friends, and strangers alike.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Mary (Chipolone) Hobbs; daughter, Shyla Marie Hobbs; sisters, Cindy Hobbs and Terrie Allen; granddaughter, Lillian C. Free; sisters in law, Marilyn Caja and Carolyn Florentine; nephew, Christopher Florentine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted Hobbs and Shirley Waldrop Hobbs; brother, Bobby Joe Hobbs; sister, Sherrie Hobbs Watson.
