" Without music, life would be a mistake," – Nietzsche William ( Billy ) Wright age 50 passed away unexpectedly while driving to work the morning of June 26, 2015. Born in Blue Island, IL Bill had been a Lake County resident for the last 45 years. Bill was a graduate of North High School and attended Cleveland State University. Bill is survived by his parents Thomas and Marianne Wright. Siblings Thomas Jr., Erin and Matthew (Dorothy ). Nephews Matt Jr., Emmett, Adam, Nate, Ryan , Tommy, Kenny, Cameron and niece Gwen. Bill has been the plant manager at Wright Packaging for the past 20 years. Bill was an amazing musician. Bill first picked up the guitar at the age of 12 and after 2 formal lessons decided to teach himself how to read and play music. At age 15 Bill started forming and playing in bands. Some of the more recent bands include Prowler, Allies, Rock Paper Doll and finally his "band family" Alias. Bill's band mates and fans filled his life with laughter, joy , Budweiser and music. Though he had no formal computer training Bill was very skilled with computers. Over the years Bill had become the computer emergency person for countless friends and family members. The only payment required was a home cooked meal. In addition, in his free time Bill loved playing the Golden Tee Golf game and consistently held a spot on the world ranked leader board. Bill will always be known for his love of music, infectious laugh, kind manner and smiling blue eyes. Bill had a great life he lived his dream and thoroughly enjoyed every day. Memorial services will be Tuesday July 7, 2015 at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville Ohio 44077. Friends and family will be received from 4-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
