Arline P. Mulqueeny, age 93, passed away April 12, 2025, in Chardon, Ohio. She was born October 1, 1931, in Detroit, Michigan to Leslie Eason and Violet (Tuthill) Eason.
Arline worked for the Sears Roebuck Company in Painesville and at Great Lakes Mall for many years. She was a member of the Christ Child Society and volunteered at the Clothing Cottage. Arline was also a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and the American Slovenian Club in Fairport Harbor. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Arline is survived by her children, Bridget (Bobby) Rosita, Ellen (Doug Paris) Mulqueeny, Colleen (Jeff Kanocz) Mulqueeny and Jay (Donna) Mulqueeny; grandchildren, Kyle Farrell, Kurt (Emma) Farrell, Jerod Mulqueeny, Angela (Dane) Ross; great grandchildren, Madeline and Fiona Farrell, Jace Ross; sister, Shirley Flacke.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Mulqueeny Sr. in 2014; sister, Paula Balcon, and her parents.
Friends will be received 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at St. Anthoiny of Padua Catholic Church, 523 Plum Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
