Brenda L. (Scott) Breniser

Brenda L. (Scott) Breniser, 71, of Mentor, passed away December 3, 2024, at UH West Medical Center in Willoughby, Ohio. 

Brenda was born November 10, 1953, in Painesville, OH to Leonard R. and Louise H.  (Smith) Scott.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 41 years, Michael Breniser and her loving daughter, Dina Rowan.

She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, with special mention to Shawn Scott, Robert Scott, Kim Comstock-Dawes, and Theresa Comstock.  She also leaves behind many great and great-great nieces and nephews and many cousins that she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Louise, and her three brothers, Timothy F. Scott, Leonard A. “Alan” Scott and Clyde W. Scott.

Brenda, also known by her family as “Beanie, enjoyed spending time at many family gatherings.  In the past, before time took its toll, she enjoyed playing pinnacle, bingo, pokeno, canasta and poker at family game nights.

Brenda had been a dialysis patient at the Mentor CDC on Tyler Blvd. for the past 10 years.  At this time, her family would like to thank the many staff, nurses, and techs, that we have known throughout those years for taking care of her.

Family will receive friends from10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Friday, December 13, 2024, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Funeral Services will immediately follow at 12:00 PM.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
