Carole E. (Martin) Sherman

Funeral Services for Carole E. Sherman, age 81, of Mentor, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends will be received from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM. 

Carole passed away April 28, 2021 in Mentor, Ohio.  She was born in Jefferson, Pennsylvania July 25, 1939 to Leonard and Naoma (Dowlin) Martin.

She retired from Clark Rubber and Plastic Company after 39 years as a supervisor and quality control inspector.  Carole loved music, the ocean, camping, picnics at the beach, Facebook and spending time with family and friends.

Carole is survived by her son, Steven (Dawn) Sherman of Mentor on the Lake; daughters, Sandra (Dennis) Cox of West Farmington, Michelle (James) Hall of Perry, Vicki (John) Jacob of Sagamore Hills; sisters, Karen (John) Seals of Newton Falls, Phyllis (Rick) Fike of Akron, and Debbie (George) Parks of Willoughby; ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joan Martin.

Memorials may be made in her name to Heartland Hospice or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
