Clarence (Mitch) Mitchell was born January 22, 1936, in Ashland, WI to Clarence John Mitchell and Ann (Knoll) Mitchell. He passed away peacefully on December 2, 2022, after a short illness.
Clarence graduated from Mellen High School in 1954 and served in the US Army from 1954- 1956 during the Korean War. Clarence also attended Coyne Electrical School in Chicago, IL and started a career in electrical construction On February 15, 1958, Clarence married his high school sweetheart, Donna Mae Dillon and they began their life together that would take them to 35 different homes over the course of 64 years. Mitch loved to golf, travel, and spend time with Donna. They led a colorful life and a favorite way to spend time at family gatherings was laughing as they recounted their adventures.
Clarence is survived by his children - Michele Woltman (Mark), Mark Mitchell, Mardi Malinowski (Kevin) and Mary Kay Brada. He is also survived by his grandchildren - Ashley Reep (Bradley), Conor Schoepf, Mitch Malinowski, and great grandsons - Cooper and Brady Reep.
He joins his wife, Donna, and their son, Michael John, who were previously deceased.
No services are planned at this time. Private burial will be in Perry Cemetery at a future date.
