Daniel E. Houghkerk Sr. age 82, of Painesville, OH, passed away October 7, 2025. He was born January 5, 1943, in Painesville to Howard and Marion (Noonan) Houghkerk.

Dan worked for Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company.

Daniel enjoyed working on cars, going to car shows and going to work every day.

He is survived by his son, Daniel Houghkerk Jr.; daughters, Tracy (Jerry) Radovanic and Vicky (Steve) Biddell; and grandchildren, Jeremy and Jordyn (Steven) Lovick.

Daniel was preceded in death by his brother Dave.
